Yes, I think one can achieve professional contentment no matter the kind of career one finds themselves. For starters, certain kind of people admire huge payday and for such people as long as the work helps someone in a living and then also afford them to save for a learning day, they will be satisfied with the job. So I do think it depends on the individual. Again, when there is good relationship within a work-life balance, it will be job satisfaction, no matter the type of work. That’s again for different kinds of individuals. So such people usually value work support systems from their colleagues to be able to thrive. Also, if a job doesn’t affect one’s personal life, I do think they will be professional fulfillment because for such jobs, they still have a chance to be able to unwind and relieve some tension after some kind of work. So I believe job satisfaction essentially can come from any kind of work as long as certain key ingredients are met.
