Okay, one of the most significant and important change for my daily routine is definitely starting the exercise and healthy eating routine. Before a childbirth, I used to be in a good shape, but during pregnancy and after childbirth, I gained a lot of weight. This impacted me badly by emotionally because I haven’t fully agreed on my appearance. I was always negative about my appearance, but after the new year, I began a strict routine on a daily basis. First of all, when I get up, I drink a couple of boiled water with honey and melon. At 10 am, I eat something healthy like salad or some fruit. For lunch, I try to eat a healthy meal. Then for dinner, I should avoid bread and I can eat only salad or light meals. Between meals, I have to take a cup of glass of water to stay hydrated. In the evening, I started doing one hour cardio workout. This helped me a lot to modify my shape and lose some kilos. By doing this, I naturally ate a lot of food.
