In my opinion, there are three factors that offer job satisfaction to me. First, I want a good salary since it is what everybody needs and the main motivor. I demand a good salary so I can shop for groceries, I can pay installment and I am still saving money. Second, I like to get a regular increment in order to overcome inflation. As we know, every year there is an increase in the price of basic necessities. If the company does not guarantee a regular increment, then sooner or later, uh, our salary will be used up just to pay our necessities. Third, I need a pension sch so I have some money when I retire. Pension sch provides, ah, a sense of security when I do not receive a steady salary or I can even use it as capital to start an independent business.
