Uh, one such complaint that I made uh, was when I ordered uh, a frog for my uh, for my sister. Actually uh, I planned it that I would give to know on her birthday. And I planned everything beforehand, uh, um, while considering that if any chance my parcel got delayed, I have anything else to cover up. Actually uh, when I uh, ordered the dress, the prices were quite low and I thought that it would be perfect gift for her. And I was uh, u wholeheartedly waiting for my pastcel but my, the delivery agent was kept lying to the uh, company and it delayed my um, order by days. And um, I was quite curious, uh, whether I have provided you the wrong address. I tried reaching out to customer care and uh, providing them emails and uh, prove that I didn’t even get a call from the delaily agent. It’s just that he’s lying. And I was very nervous at the time because it was on the very edge of my uh, sister’s birthday and I wanted that uh, uh, she could wear that on her special day. After numerous u tries, I finally uh, get a call back from my uh, for the company and they told me that my complaint will be uh, under priority and they would gently my project, uh, parcel as soon as possible. Uh, finally, after a lot of trials, I got my uh, frock along with free, some freebies and I was delighted with the service. I know that uh, it was quite uh, delayed, but uh, my sister liked it and uh, and she was very happy with the dress.
