In my point of view, there are two main reasons why working out is effective for us. Firstly, it can reduce our stress levels. When we play sports, we no longer have the mindset to think about work, and our main goal is to complete physical activities. Secondly, doing exercises is a valuable medicine for our health. To illustrate, if we engage in more exercise, it can strengthen our muscles and help us stay in shape. Furthermore, we can reduce the risk of some diseases that we don't have to face. In a word, I have to say that exercising is one of the best ways to sustain our strength.
