I would say that it depends, but in my opinion good coworkers need to be friendly and outgoing in order to communicate better. Also, a good skill is to be organized and know how to manage your time, so all the meetings scheduled will be done effectively. Additionally, a person needs to be a critical thinker to understand the feedback that is being provided by other coworkers. For example, in a Dutch business setting, the feedback is direct. In my own culture, people tend to be more indirect in providing feedback.
