I would say that it depends, but in my opinion good quarters need to be friendly and outgoing in order to communicate better. Also, a good skill is to be organized and know how to manage your time, so all the meetings scheduled will be done in a good way. Also, a person needs to be a critical thinker to understand the feedback that is being provided by other coworkers. Because, for example, in Dutch business setting, the feedback in Dutch business setting is direct. For example, in my own culture, people tend to be more indirect in providing feedback.
