In the past, the challenges that youngsters faced were perhaps a lack of employment, as well as traditional education, which was straightforward compared to today's challenges, which have resulted from technology and easy access to social media platforms. This has led to mental health issues, anxiety, and depression. You'll find that many of them commit suicide as a result of comparison. For example, in Kenya, a very young and handsome gentleman committed suicide after comparing himself with friends who were living lavish lifestyles, and he felt that he had already failed in life. I think these are the major challenges. Aside from that, there are problems related to unemployment, as well as a lack of funds to sustain their lives and provide for themselves. I believe that in the future, these challenges might really become intense because of technology, AI, and automation, as many of these AI tools might replace human labor, leading to joblessness. Although I believe that many young people are creative and will come up with jobs that will enable them to sustain themselves.
