One of my favorite outdoor activities is kayaking because it is a source of both renewal and growth. It is also a best way to reconnect with nature. When I glide across the surface of the lake or river, it requires power to buy my own strength. Moreover, it is a breathtaking scenery attracted to me in every way. For instance, during this solo outdoor activity, I love listening to the sound of water, watching birds and being surrounded by lush landscapes. Another reason is enhance. It is enhance either stamina or coordination. On the other hand, it is a great opportunity to escape hustle and bustle of daily life. Furthermore, this solo outdoor activity represents tranquility, serenity and freedom. However, where I too have more friends, especially loyal friends, I would never prefer solo outdoor activity. Ultimately, kayaking is the best way to clear my mind, feel energized and improve my confidence and concentration. Every time I go kayaking, I come back feeling more grounded, inspired and full positive energy.
