I think it depends on the people. For some, they love jobs that offer a high salary. The job is simply a way to help people pay the bills. If this job cannot cover basic living expenses, no matter how interesting it is, it's not a realistic choice for most people. For instance, in some first-tier cities where housing prices are sky-high and the living cost is very high, such as Beijing, Hong Kong, and London, people usually value jobs based on high salaries. They consider these jobs dream jobs even if they have to work long hours and even if they don't like their jobs. For instance, some programmers and IT specialists may not love their jobs, but they stay in their dream jobs because they help their families and themselves have a better life. However, there are definitely some people who love jobs that align with their interests or talents because when they do their jobs, they feel a strong sense of achievement and are very happy. This is true for some artists, for example.
