One of the challenges would be the fact that some people are obliged to learn these activities against their will. For example, when I was younger, I abor math and I couldn’t comprehend why we are forced to study it every single day. Nowadays, though, I find mathematics really enjoyable, thanks to my middle school teacher who told me and my classmates everyday applications of algebra, like how you simply add costs in the supermarket without awkwardly asking the cashier, and how engineers use geometry to build the flats we live in. Im um even planning to study mathematics on an advanced level next year. Another problem would be the mental pressures as its normal to fail in the learning process, but that causes lots of anxiety and insecurity. It might even lead to quitting this new activity. Thats why many individuals avoid trying new experiences, especially if they have already gone through, uh, a past failed experience.
