I think that international organizations can respond to issues such as climate change and poverty by creating and implementing programs that support preventive actions for reducing the impact of climate change and poverty. For example, in addressing climate change, international organizations can create programs like planting trees each year. For poverty, they can establish programs that provide funding around the world and then distribute the funds to households that need financial assistance.
