I prefer to start new basics. I tend to keep, uh, values right throughout the day. Starting from breakfast, uh, I’d like to have a a healthy meal of bread and eggs. Uh, followed by lunch and dinner. I keep my dinner not so heavy. I tend to go for walks after, uh, after having my dinner as a huge new pump, and it keeps me, uh, from lazing around the day I also tend to book for jobs a couple of times, uh, Yuri, as, uh, it, uh, it makes me clear what what it it makes me clear in my head. And also allowed me to process any thoughts. It also, uh, it also has been beneficial to me as it, uh, as it provides me as a tiny as a new time for myself,
