To keep myself healthy, I tend to, uh, I tend to serve myself with a healthy balanced diet. Throughout the three means that I have, uh, in the day, which is the breakfast lunch and dinner. Apart from the main part, which constitutes about 70 of any individuals, uh, lifestyle or help. I tend to go for walks. I prefer job in early mornings. And I hit the gym at least twice a price a week for at least half an hour 1 hour. It can be quite difficult at times as a I’m a medical student and finding myself, finding myself some time to perform activities other than studying or, uh, relaxing a bit too, uh, a bit too much, but I do care a lot about my own health.
