To be honest, I do believe that the noise coming from houses is usually because of devices like phones or laptops. In comparison to the past, the noise from homes is greater now because of the development of technology and artificial intelligence. For example, most people who can afford devices like robots or artificial intelligence helpers usually move or speak too loudly, which can distract others and really irritate the residents.
