In my opinion, people can develop bad habits because the brain prefers easy patterns such as relaxation and dopamine. When something becomes automatic, the brain stops thinking about the environment and challenges even if it’s a negative. Apart from that, bad habits are often a way to avoid uncomfortable feelings like stress, or anxiety. Many people give quick rewards for others like toughness so the brain gets addicted to short-term satisfaction. Therefore, it is important for every individual to strive more excellent like patterns such as activity is positive engagement with their peers so it often shaped their behavior truly.
