From my perspective, we develop bad habits through different factors. First of all, social input is the most external factor for youngsters, where people engage with harmful behaviors, with others, harmful behaviors such as smoking, warrant-making. And besides, bad habits often be enjoyable and afraid of over-temporary and good habits because they make people feel more confident and comfort, which makes people even more relaxed in their life. Therefore, I believe that that habit often came to contact with our unpredictable life situations with stress or unhealthy lifestyle side.
