It is indisputable that we are living in the ever-evolving world. So I think there are a number of reasons as to why. Schools teachers make a decision of utilizing competitions as class activities. First and foremost, I do believe that the main members of students nowadays comes from Generation Z. And you know that the main special features of this generation is their enthusiasm and their energeticness. So I think that teachers using competitions as class activities will enhance their skills, will help them to develop their skills comprehensively. Moreover, you know that by operating some class activities, students will develop so many life skills like, you know, debating skills or critical thinking skills.
