Actually, I'm fond of live communication because it's more convenient for people to feel a person near them. Nevertheless, if something goes wrong, it's always possible to use social media to talk with your close friends or individuals who live at a long distance.
To be fair, I mainly prefer social media rather than face-to-face communication, mainly because I am quite shy in real life and I tend to avoid making eye contact with other people. I personally prefer face-to-face communication because it is more natural and sincere. You can read the other person's body language and facial expressions. We have a deeper understanding. Social media is convenient, especially when someone lives far away, but it lacks that personal touch. Whenever possible, I choose in-person conversation because they feel more real.
