Is money always the most important thing when choosing a job

I don't think that we have to give importance to the materialistic value when choosing a job because doing our passion should give us a sense of satisfaction. It should not just be about gaining monetary benefits; I think self-satisfaction is far more important than money when choosing a job in any organization.
