The bar chart provides the data about four kinds of music that were purchased by tons of people aged 16-58+ living in USA in 2010.
Overall, it is clearly seen that, rock mainly interested young adults and pop-music recordings were mostly bought by teenagers. Meanwhile jazz and classical music recordings were in interest of people aged 32-45 and 58+.
Turning to the details, the index of teenagers purchasing CD music was lower in terms of jazz and classical music but pop was shown favor by just 5 million people. The next type of people who were in 23-31 age gained four types of music recordings accordingly different: the highest index was for rock with almost 4 million people buying it.
Other people aged 32-45 and 46-57 shared interests and obtained jazz and classical music CDs approximately in tha same number, 3 millions. However the rock music was more entertaining for the former ones, the number almost reached 4 million people. The elderly people starting from 58 years old were mostly in favor of classical music.
