We could assume this is because a differenciation of education level, which postgraduates sit on the higher one. Nevertheless, the number of US graduates that chose to took further study reveal at 30,145 students in contrast to US postgraduates at only 2,800.

Moreover, the numbers of unemployment is gradually higher on US graduates with 16,985 students to be exact. While, US postgraduates is small fraction than the other.
