The given bar chart depicts the amount of money in euros invested in four various categories namely machinery, building, staff training and research from five organizations.
Overall, organization B recorded the highest investment among four categories, whereas organization D and organization E allocated the least funding. In addition, the amount of money invested in machinery and building was generally higher than the others across most categories.
Regarding the spending on machinery and building, the amount of money invested in machinery from organization B ranked first at around 1.7 billion. This was followed by organization A at 0.8 billion. Moreover, the investment in machinery by organization C was lower at around 0.7, while that from organization D and organization E was the lowest at only 0.4 billion. Furthermore, the highest figure among building category was recorded for organization B at roughly 1.7 billion, which was substantially higher than the others, just at around 0.5 billion.
Concerning the remaining categories, the allocation to staff training from organization B was the highest while that for organization D was the lowest at about 0.3 billion. Moreover, the spending by organization C was the third-highest at 0.4 billion, even though this organization just exhibited a more balanced distribution with organization D, which was the smallest, at just below 0.4 billion. Furthermore, the amount of money from organization C was the second-highest at well over 0.4 billion. Similarly, Research also attracted a relatively large total of money in most organizations, with the spending from organization B reaching at precisely 1.6 billion, compared with 0.8 billion and around 0.7 billion from organization A and organization C respectively. The funding allocated by organization D and organization E in research registered the lowest figure among four categories at around 0.3 billion and just under 0.4 billion.
