Dear sir,

I hope you are in good health. My name is Nidhi Patel. I am from India, and I have enrolled as an undergraduate student in the mathematics department in your university. I am writing this letter to request you to arrange an accommodation to me in the university halls of residence.

My classes will start from 13 th of December, but I will come there 1st December. I have been in touch with some senior students through the messages. They told me that I should do conform with university accommodation office about my accommodation seat. As they are very helpful persons they offered to pick me up from the airport and I will live 3 to 4 days with them.

If I take about house that I would like a single room, but in case that is not possible then I can happy to share room with another. It would be nice if I have another student from India to share my room. It would be helpful if you provide me a room in D wing as my all seniors lives that building which is nearest to the university.

Hoping for a prompt response from you regarding this matter.

Your faithfully,

Nidhi Patel
