Dear john,

I hope, you are well. I am writing this letter regarding taking care of my pet and plants during my vacation.

To begin with, I have been trying to reach out to you since a week but your servant told me that you are away for 3 weeks. I am going to visit Toronto for 2 weeks and trip will start on 15 December. I will be back on 1 January and I am requesting to you to take care of my cat and all the plants including plats which are in backyard as well. Once you are in the town, I will show you my inventory for cat food and litter. My cat need milk 2 times a day and 2 healthy meals. She doesn’t like smoked tuna like your cat, but you can feed her raw tuna.

Moreover, do not need to water indoor plants everyday, twice a week would be fine. For outdoor plants, do not need to water them on rainy days, but on hot days you have to water them almost everyday. Call me when you get back from business trip.
