Hope this letter finds you in pink of your health. Yesterday I met with Amit, he mentioned that you’ve shortlisted few properties in Tingre Nagar area and going to finalize one by month end. Its a really good idea to purchase a house which avoids many restriction which we feel in a rented one. On top of that, you dont have to keep changing house every now and then in case of any conflict with owner.
I have been staying in the Tingre Nagar area for almost a year now. The area is good and within radius of one km radius you can find grocery shops , schools and hospitals. Even that was biggest point for me to shift in this area. But from past 6 months crime rate has increased a lot. We hear day robbery, thefts, chain snatching news every week. I am also planning to shift to Viman nagar next month and have started consulting some property dealers in that area. You can find many gated communities in that area with good security system impelmented.
You can also start looking flats in Viman Nagar area, you find them slightly costlier compared to Tingre Nagar. But I feel its worth paying extra amount for safety and security for the family.
