Dear Sir or Madam,

I’ve seen your advertise in a local newspaper about part-time voluntary work and would be pleased to get this job.

It’s undoubtedly a great opportunity to work for a while at the museum and to be honored to become a part of your community. I’d highly appreciate to see the real history items and help with renovation for free. It will increase my knowledge of local historic events and will enrich it with more details unavailable to common people. Also, it’d be a pleasure to get known in person some of your famous guides who offer perfect excursions all around the museum. Moreover, the museum is at hand to my house and I’ve got enough free time.

I really hope my profound knowledge of region history and communicate skills will be of certain use for the museum. Namely, under the guidance of your experts I can organize voluntary excursions for school classes of various ages. It can have a certain success since I’m a really creative and outgoing person and have an experience of working with children. I’m also ready for all types of accurate and precise work like helping with restoration and keeping the antique things preserved well in proper conditions.

Being a volunteer in the museum is a wonderful chance to make my evenings brighter, so I’m to your service from Monday to Wednesday after 4 pm.
