I am writing this letter to highlight some facts and outcomes about recently opened shopping center in my area.
Shopping center known as ‘shoppers world’ brought many benefits to locals in terms to shopping under one roof without any difficulties. One of the most significant advantage is access to almost every product or thing such as electronics, clothing, grocery, and cosmetics,even doctors as well. Community people feel very pleased due to have easy access to all the facilities near to their house. As compared to past where people had to travel to city for visiting at doctors or buying electronic gadgets and appliances.
“As every garden has weeds”, likewise the shopping center has one problem which I believe needs to be highlighted. There is not enough car parking space which creates difficulty for people to park their vehicles. If people park their cars on road and streets, their vehicles might be tagged and towed away by police or officials. Even if they park sometimes at streets, they are not able to concentrate on shopping because of the stress of regarding their cars. There are maximum 40 car parking slots which are far less than customers’ count who visiting center every day.
This problem could be merely solved by introducing new parking area to people. As shopping center has three main doors to enter the mall, so another parking spaces can be built near other two doors so people could access the mall from west and east doors. As current space is at north entrance, moreover some permits ought to be issued to park at street until new space would not be introduced.
