Here we have a table that illustrates the number of purchases by the customer from different outlets in year 2016. Mainly, we have three different outlets from Vancouver. The outlets are at Georgia Street, Dunsmuir Street, Drake Street, we are judging these outlets on the basis of average number of transactions, transaction value, number of eat-in transactions, number of take-away transactions and their most loved item among customers.
Firstly, if we see the average number of transactions among all outlets, the Georgia street outlet out performs other two with the total of 854 transactions, the Dunsmuir street outlet is behind the Georgia street outlet with the number of 750 transactions, Drake street was at last with 390 transactions throughout the year 2016. Secondly, the Georgia street is also leading in terms of Average transaction value, and Drake street outlet is at second with an average of $9.02 despite there was less number of transaction, and the Dunsmuir Street is at last with the average of $5.61 in year 2016. Thirdly, if we differentiate between eat-in transactions and takeaway transactions, in general the takeaway transactions leads. additionally, two outlets among them leads the numbers with 449 takeaway transactions and 392 takeaway transactions but the Drake street leads in terms of eat-in transaction with a total of 200 transactions. Lastly, the most popular item was Chicken Burger from Georgia street, the Chicken wings from Dunsmuir street and Chicken Pasta from Drake street.
Overall, Georgia street outlet is leading in all the aspects as it has more transaction volume and higher cost per transaction, But the other two outlets are performing great.
