Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Gautam Kuma, and I live in Mumbai. I am working for an international company. Last Month I travelled to Pune for office purposes. There are some important workshops in Pune.

That night, a car accident with a Truck, and I need to go to the hospital. No one helped me in that situation. That time you helped me. You bring the hospital to my family so that the family can reach the hospital. My family told me you paid some amount to the hospital.

Thank you so much for your assistance and support. I believe that you are the best person in my life; you saved my life. I have no words to express for this. We would like to invite you to our home for dinner next Sunday. Please come with all family members
