For sodium nutrients, dinner accounts for the largest share at 43%. Closely to this, lunch meal shows 29%, and has the same proportion at 14% for both snacks and breakfast. Whereas, saturated fat has a similiar pattern. Dinner has value at 37% and lunch pattern has 26%. Therefore, snack nutrients represents 21% and the minor value is breakfast shows 16%.
In contrast, proportion of added sugar gives different percentages. The largest meal is snacks, at 42%, while the smallest meal is breakfast, at 16%. Dinner meals are shown 23%, and lunch meal proportion at 19%.
