Dear Gail,

I hope all is well. I am pleased to know that you are coming to my country on your next vacation. It has been a year since we met.

For your arrival time, I would like to suggest the best time to visit the Philippines is from December to February, it has pleasantly warm temperature.

One more important thing to discuss the place for you stay, as I have two options. The first is a hotel room, otherwise share room with me. Wherever you want to stay, just let me know.

Whenever you come, we will visit Siargao, an exotic island in the Philippines. We must go to this place and explore the beauty of this island.

I am excited to meet you soon and hope you have a safe journey.
