Dear Landlord,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request an urgent repair to the heating system in my apartment, as it has not been functioning properly for the past two weeks.

The heating turns on for only a few minutes before switching off automatically, and the radiators remain cold most of the time. Despite trying to adjust the thermostat several times, the problem persists. As the weather has become much colder recently, the apartment is extremely uncomfortable, especially during the evenings and early mornings.

This issue has been affecting my daily routine significantly. I work from home several days a week, and it has become difficult to concentrate in such a cold environment. In addition, I have been experiencing difficulty sleeping at night because the bedroom is too cold, and I am concerned that the situation may eventually affect my health.

I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a repair technician to visit the property as soon as possible. I will be available any weekday after 2:00 p.m., or at any time during the coming weekend. Please let me know the exact date and time so that I can ensure someone is available to provide access to the apartment.
