Overall,it is noticiable that the spending in insurance have rosed significantly compared to the rest.
It can be seen from the charts that school have invested more on insurances over time frame of two decades. Initially the investment was just 2% in year 1981 which almost increased dramatically by 4 times in 2001 whereas following the opposite trend pay out on non teachiong staff decreased significantly by 13% over the same period of time.
While on the other hand, spending on furniture and equipment plummeted by almost 10% in 1991 from 15% in 1981 which gradually increased to 23% in 2001. However,though teacher’s salary went up by 10 times in 1991 which was reduced by 5 times in 2001. Similar trend was followed by resources.
