The main difference between the two sites is that S1 is next to the Housing Estate, whereas S2 is near to the Industrial Estate. The sites can also be compared in terms surrounding by road or rail.

Looking at the information in more detail, S1 is on the north east of Brandfield,and it has a river behind it. S2 is located on south east, surrounded by railway and road. Moreover, there is a city center located in the middle of S1 and S2.
