Overall, The river which is flows across the city divided it into two parts, and also it can be seen that city has complex transporting structures including railway and roads.

First location where commercial center planning to build is to the north of the city center and to the south-east of housing estate. And one thing is also noticeable in the east side of this location flows a river which is divided city in to two parts.

Second location is in the south-east of the city and also south-east of the city center. Regarding to this location, it is surrounded by road and railway in three sides. This area also located to the south of industrial estate which is situated in the east side of the city.
