A glance at a map reveals data about two possible locations of new shopping mall at Brandfield.

The first site is S1 situated southeast of housing estate which is crossed by Road. Crossing point of road and railway (runs between S1 and City centre) separate S1 from Golf course and Park. In the right hand side of S1 River flows, the city center is intersected by it.

Regarding to S2, it is stated down right hand side of the city. The point between S2 and City center is intersection point of roads while the railway is cited from western to northern side of S2. Industrial estate is opposite to S2.

In conclusion, despite short destination of supplies from industrial estate to S2, S1 is much suitable place because of the availability of arriving by more sorts of transports (boats trains and cars)
