The picture illustrates the overall view of the town Brandfield which proposes two important sites to construct shopping arcade . The first site is S1 which lies in the northern side of the city whereas the second place s2 lies in south east side.

S1 is located just above the city center and railway track . If they propose the project here, the site will be easily accessible to residents as housing estate is very close to the location. Moreover the shopping complex would get a river bank view .

On the other side , S2 is also near to railway lane and fairly close to the city center.Also this place cab be easily accessible from industrial estate rather than Housing estate.

Overall, a road which passes through the city . It connects both locations Hence if the project is constructed in any of the both sides It would be fully facilitated with road way.

On the west side of the town Golf course and park is located this prevents the area from being proposed to any developments.
