Firstly, site S1 is situated just to the north of the city centre, above the railway line, which goes from the south-east to the north-west. If the mall is built here, it will be close to a large housing area, making it convenient for people living nearby as well as those in the city center. In addition, this site is also next to a river that passes through the city.

On the other hand, site S2 is located in the south-east, also near the railway line and not far from the city centre. However, it is close to an industrial area instead of housing. A main road runs through the city and is near both locations, so access to each site would be easy.
