The chart illustrates the proportion of British people giving money to charity by certain age ranges in 1990 and 2010.
The highest number of people that gave charity in 1990 mostly in the range of age 36-50. Meanwhile, in 2010 people at 51-65 are dominating the charity.
Initially, in 1990 most of the people that dominated the charity were 36-50 years old. In contrast, lots of younger people specifically at 18 up to 25 years old were the minor group that had less contribution to the charity. Then, the percentage became even lower at older people at the range of 51 to 65 years old and even had a surge at people that were over 65 years old.
On the other hand, in 2010 the group of people that tend to donate their money to the charity were people aged 51-65 years old. Same as the previous data, when it goes to younger groups, the proportion becomes lesser and the group that had the lowest contribution to the charity were people at 18 up to 25 years old.
