The chart shows information on the percentage of Britons doing charity, categorize by age range between year 1990 and 2010. Overall, the highest number is over 40%, which happened in 1990 by 36-50 age group. Whereas, the lowest number is only slightly above 5%.
The number of British People gave out money to charity in 1990 and 2010, both are fluctuated. In 1990, the age group 18-25 who doing charity stood at above 15% , reached it peak by the age group 36-50 by above 40%, but gradually decreased at below 35% by the age group more than 65 years old. Meanwhile, in 2010, it reached its lowest levet at slight above 5% by age group 18-25, then reached the highest position by age group 51-65 at almost 40%, and significantly went down at 35% by age group more than 65 years old.
Although in 1990 age group 18-25, 26-35, 36-50 were considerably higher than the same age group in 2010, but age group 51-65 and more than 65 spent bigger amount of money on charity than the same age group in 1990.
