Dear Sir,

Hello, I am one of the participants of the training programme which is supposed to be one month long. As far as I know, there will be a social event to celebrate the end of the programme.

I would like to tell you that it would be an honour for me to request to be the organizer of this social event. I am interested in doing that role perfectly. However, I would like to request some more details, specifically the date of the event, the number of the participants and the venue to arrange required steps for it.

Fortunately, this is not the first time for me to organize such events. I have arranged a number of social events at high level. So, I have the required experience to carry out this one properly. I am sure it will not be the last time. Finally, I am looking forward to your response as soon as possible.
