Dear Pat,

I hope you are fine. I heard that beside your home, a group of people is organising a festival in which you are taking part as a volunteer.

I would also love to join you and work as a volunteer at the festival. I am writing this letter to gather some information about the festival. The advisory includes such information as what type of festival it is, the exact location and the time period of the festival. If organisers demand some of the experience to work I would love to share my experience from the last music festival that was held in Mumbai.

If the organisers are still looking for more volunteers, then I would love to be involved with you in all the activities at the festival.

I will be eagerly looking for a reply
