The alterations in trends of city and rural population and in age structure between 1950 and 2040 are illustrated in the given chart.

Overall, the number of rural and urban citizens has been significantly increased and is predicted to continue this trend. Nonetheless, the city population shows much more significant increase. Besides, groups of people from 16-65 age and over 65 stably climb while, young population (under 15 age) is expected to decline.

To commence with, the urban and rural population have shown an upward trend. The total population steadily increases from 10 to 25 in the period of 50 years. Howerver, from 2000 to 2040 this figure is able to rise dramatically , around 44 in 2040. This trend is similar to urban population structure as it increases considerably from 7 to 34 during this period time, whereas, rural population has gone up slightly (from 3 to 7).

Regarding trend in age groups, the number of people aged 16-65 showed the highest increase between 1950 to 200 and is likely to continue going up significantly. This figure is expected to rise from 24 to nearly 30 in 2040. The aging population has had small increase reaching about 10 in 2040.
