Overall, younger students mostly study to have a career, while on older student prefer to study out of interest. Regarding the support from employers they tent to help more younger students than older ones.

Under the age of 26 students are most likely to study for carrier at 80% while only 10% of them chose to study for interest. Also it can be seen that as the age processes the rate of studying for career declines and studying for interest increases. For instance 70% of students aged between 26-29 studies for career this behavior declines 15% to 55% between 30-39 ages. In addition, the rates between motivation for studying in students who are aged between 40-49 become equal at 50%. The popular trend in the over 49 age group is to study for interest with 70%.

Younger students under the age of 26 are more likely to recieve employers support at 70% , although after 26 between 26 and 29 it decreases to 50%. Similarly, students aged between 30 and 39 are the ones who has the least support at 40%. In contrast to that after the age of 40 the support from managers starts to rise again , in the age between 40 to 49 the support is at 38%. Also after 49 they recieve up to 45%, which is still less than the support for younger students .
