The graph provided indicated the amount of support provided by employees given to individuals from certain age groups studying for a career or becasue of interest.

The bar charts shows a that there is an increase number of students from under the age of 26 up untill late 30’s that are studying for a carrers from which then it decreases significatly from 40 years of age or older, with studying for intrest becoming a higher percentage. the graph below shows the level of support provided from the ages of under 26 to over 49 years of age. Here, we can see that support percentage is higher in sudents under 26 following a steady decline till 30-39yrs and then progressively increasing by just over 10%.

It is visable from the graph that that students till the age of 39 study to secure a carrer over intrest. Individuals under 26 study for a career are at almost 80% whereas the percentage for intrest is around 10%. Here we can also see that the support level is higher, which is over 60%. It is viable that up until the age of 30-39 there is a drop in percentage by just under 20% for studying with career and a 10% increase for intrest. Therefore employer support is also showing a decreasing to around 30-35%.

Furthermore what stands out is that when an individual reaches the age of 40-49 there is a tie between individuals studying for a carrer and for intrest, standing at 40%, with a support level just under 40%. From here is a extreme level of increase for individuals studying out of intrest to 70% and for career staying at under 20%. The support rate is increases, not at a large degree but just above 40%.
