The are two bar charts that contain information about people who are studying. The first shows why they are studying, while the second one shows how much support they receive from their employers.
Overall, it can be seen that there are both upward and downward trends in the reasons for study as people age, whereas the percentage of support receive fluctuates. Another interesting point is that people over 49 received significantly more support than those in the 30-39 age group.
In terms of studying for career, people under 26 come top of the list, with the percentage of 80%. These numbers see a steady fall as people get older, finishing at just under 20%, with people over 49.
On the other hand, when it comes to studying for interest, the trend goes in the opposite direction. Starting with its lowest at just 10%, there was then a gradual rise to around 70%, over the age groups in question.
There is a fluctuant trend in the amount of employer support. People with age groups under 26 are in 62%, then there is fluctuation over the next 2 age groups, which then levelled off at just above 40% when it comes to people over 49.
