Dear sir,

I am writing to express my disstisfaction following a recent 20 to 23.i had booked your delux room expecting a comfortable and relaxing experience .Howe er, my stays fer from sasrtisfactory.

firstly, the room was not clean upon arrival. the bed sheet appeared used.and the bathroom had persistent unpleasent odour.additionally, despite multiple request,the housekeeping did not attened to the room untill the second day.secondly, the air condition system was faulty and made loud noises throught the night distrupting my sleep.the breakfast which was advertise as complimentary and diverse lacke of variety and quality.

Ihad anticipated a higher standard service and cleanliness especially considered the premium rates charge.i believe your hotel should preriotize better room meintance and more staff service. regular triaining of staff ang insoection improve your gest satisfaction.
