Overall, expenditure in China was decreasing steadily while fluctuated in India. Despite that, the total amount of money flowed to China was higher than in India.
The Chinese economy received just below $80 billion in 2014 then decreased to around $60 billion in 2015 and 2016. In 2017 there was another decrease to about $50 billion before rising to a high point of more than $100 billion in 2018 then dropping again to the 2017 level.
In 2014 India outlays were just above $20 billion then it rose to approximately $60 in both 2015 and 2016 before dropping back to the 2014 level in 2017. There was another increase in 2018 to just below $60 billion before dropping back to around $20 billion in 2019. 2015 was the only year in which India was higher than China receiving just above $60 billion and just below $60 billion, respectively.
