there is data for three years shown on the graphs. The information indicates the changes in amount of books read by men and women throughout the years.
The men’s graph shows inconsistent behaviour through the period. it starts from around 5000 in 2011 and rises up to 8500 in its peak in 2013. After that the number starts to go down during the next year. The final number is around 7000.
The women’s graph is quite opposite to men’s and shows stable raise during the years. The starting point was around 3000 in 2011 and then it rises slowly up to 3800 in the next year. However, the year after the amount significally rises to the amount of 8500. even more it continues its rise after that up to more than 12000 in 2014.
Based on the visual represantation of graphs we can claim that men started to lose their interest in book after 2013 that led to slight decrease, though the number will probably continue to drop. On the other hand, the woman’s interest in books had a rapid increase and goes on rising. 2013 became a crosspoint for men and women.
